Straightening her shirt and turning, she released the deadbolt and pushed the door open. His eyes sparkled at the sight of her and he smiled broadly.

Lucinda raised her eyebrows in mock surprise. “You made it.”

“You doubted me?”

“I never second guess anybody.”

“Good practice.”

“Why don’t you come in?”

Aaron grasped the inside edge of the door to help her open it further and walked past her into building.

Lucinda eased the heavy door shut and secured the deadbolt. She turned to face him. The punishing fluorescent light of the room had no effect on his enticing features. His WASPy features, while streamlined, looked almost boyish as he stood there looking at her expectantly. He appeared very much at ease with his hands on his hips and his weight shifted to one side. It was as if he came by after the store closed several times a week.

“After hours by special invitation of the manager. I have to say, this has to be one of the more interesting propositions I’ve ever gotten.”

“I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.”

“I don’t see how it could be possible.”

Lucinda stepped closer to him, reached a hand up to caress his cheek and, as she did, he took her by the waist and pulled her closer. She was breath-close to his lips, perfectly defined and slightly parted, looking as if they invited a kiss. Her own mouth met his with a tilt of her head.

They merged, mouth first in a rush of curious tongues, their bodies pressing closer, their hands determinedly running across each other’s bodies from shoulder to thigh. Damn, she thought as he bit her lower lip and pulled playfully before resuming the deep kiss.

She could feel his hands slide down her body to grasp her firm dancer’s ass and rigorously pull her into him.
