Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Karen Louise dreamt of a time she could write. Though it was always a calling, work in the medical field, a home, and motherhood interrupted those dreams, and grand-motherhood followed soon after. At long last, there was time for writing. With three fledgling attempts at books behind her, she sat down with an idea for this book, and the words flowed.
