Floella Ingram

I live in Yorkshire, in the North of England, with my husband, four children and an assortment of animals including a giddy Labrador, a grumpy cat, three fearsome chickens and an elderly fish called Bob. I originally grew up in Devon on the Southwest coast of England before moving to Yorkshire, to study an Honours degree in English Literature, then a Masters degree in Nineteenth Century Studies. I enjoy literature of all forms, especially romance, gothic fiction and psychological thrillers. When I am not writing and losing myself in a romantic world, my favourite things are spending time by the sea, enjoying a glass of wine, snuggling down with a good book, painting murals, making jam, baking and growing vegetables. I have always written and dreamed of becoming a writer. When I was a child, I would regularly write my own stories and make them into books to share with friends or take to school. I studied literature because I love to read and I wanted to learn about other writers to improve my own writing. I have enjoyed writing contemporary, erotic and paranormal romance for many years and am thrilled to be able to now share my stories.
